3. Long service life of roller die.

Due to the difference in working principle, the roller speed of ring die technology is slower than the flat die, so the wear of roller die is relatively slow. In addition, the side working face after abrasion can be turned over to use the other side, which can improve the service life of the mill.

4. The molding density is adjustable.

The working gap and pressure between the pressing roller and the pressing die can be adjusted by the horizontal shaft and the wheel frame subtraction pad area, which can decide the forming density of materials.
